THANAE

A 45-foot epoxy plywood sailboat, the RM1380 is an exceptional boat, elegant and stylish, ideal for cruising with family or friends, or for a round-the-world trip in the best conditions of speed, safety and comfort.

As you enter the RM1380 via the wide, gently sloping companionway, you immediately feel the difference with all your previous experiences: a spontaneous sense of well-being, an astonishing sensation of space, light galore.

Step into the cabin, and you’ll notice, step by step, that the layout of this cruising monohull is the result of meticulous attention to detail; nothing has been left to chance: the cosy sofa with its return to cradle you comfortably, the perfectly rectangular mattresses for “home-like” comfort, the U-shaped kitchen worktop, spacious and functional, the elegant and ideally located real card table.

You’ll be amazed by the beauty of this boat, designed down to the smallest detail. Elegant, pure and continuous lines, a feeling of power and performance, unbroken roof lines, a wide, sloping bulwark: the RM1380 has character, and lets you know it at first glance.

Inspired by ocean-racing yachts, with its wide hull, high beam and slender sail plan, the RM1380 is irresistibly seductive.

nside, the emphasis was also on elegance and everything that could contribute to visual pleasure, comfort and ease of living.

On this Open Sail charter model, the propulsion system is hybrid (electric motor with dual control starboard and port, generator, lithium battery, hydrogenerator, etc.), lifting keel, retractable bow thruster with dual control, solar panel on roof and sprayhood, induction hob and microwave oven/grill on gimbal (no gas on board), reversible air conditioning in the cockpit, inverter, etc.

This boat, equipped with this technology and the level of comfort and pleasure it brings (silence, reduced CO2 emissions, reduced diesel consumption, air conditioning at anchor, etc.), is unique.

It’s now possible to sail without emitting CO2: welcome aboard Thanaé!
